Ink drawings

Ink drawings offer the opportunity for thumbnail drawings which convey a single idea, an option, or even a red herring to rule out. A sequence of thumbnails can show a string of proposed details for a linear site where only a section can be considered at a time, such as canal access points, disused railways, and river basin projects. The example shown here is a sketch design for part of a large ecological project site shown in block perspective through time.
